Our communities have been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same, the safety and well-being of our guests and employees are our utmost priority.
As part of the new normal, we will be implementing enhanced sanitation and disinfection measures to give you peace of mind during every moment of your stay in Avior Hotel.
Safety and Sanitation
In collaboration with our trusted supplier who is one of the leading companies in providing cleaning technologies, training, and careful selection of hospital grade disinfectants are being conducted. UVC lights will be used to sterilize the rooms as well as the installation of HEPA filtration technology with a built-in UVC lamp in public areas such as lobby and restaurant.
For the safety of our guests and employees, wearing the face mask and physical distancing will be required while inside the hotel premises. Other important measures to ensure your safety include the provision of hand sanitizing stations in all high traffic areas, body temperature check upon entry, availability of sanitizing footbaths at all entry points, and a barrier at the front desk for added protection.
To lessen face to face contact, we encourage guests to check-in online and the assigned room keycard may be picked up at the front desk. We also offer cash-free and contactless payments. Our hotel policies, safety guidelines, restaurant & cafe menus were used to be in our compendium, but can now be generated via QR code to avoid handling of papers, thus, minimize contamination.
The make-up room will be modified unless specifically requested and will be done only without the presence of the guest inside the room.
Our team members will be subject to routine health checks and will be monitored periodically. We will continue to implement safe and hygienic sanitation practices as well as provide personalized service to our guests.
Avior Clean Kit
To make you feel protected, a complimentary Avior Clean Kit will be available in every guest room. The kit will include a travel-size tissue, disposable gloves, face mask and a bottle of 70% ethyl alcohol.

Memorandum Circular No. 2020-002 of the Department of Tourism
Rest assured that Avior Hotel will adhere to the latest guidelines and hygiene protocols. However, below are some of the terms that have to be complied by every guest:
❖ A Health Declaration Form (HDF) must be completed upon check-in, and this can be done also via online for your convenience. HDF is in compliance with the Memorandum Circular No. 2020-002 or the New Normal Health and Safety Guidelines for the Accommodation Establishment of the Department of Tourism.
❖ Only single up to double room occupancy is allowed. Couples or family members who share the same household may be allowed in double or twin occupancy rooms.
❖ Body temperature checking using a thermal scanner at the hotel entrances shall be undertaken for all guests. Only guests cleared during screening shall be allowed to enter the hotel perimeter to check-in. Those with fever and flu-like symptoms will be not allowed to enter the establishment and will be referred to the doctor on duty, to the nearest hospital, or to the Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT) in accordance with the DOH prescribed protocol.

Flexibility on Reservations
Please find below some modifications on what we are doing to ensure maximum flexibility for your bookings:
❖ We will allow guests who have made bookings before July 1, 2020, for stays until December 31, 2020, to modify their reservations free of charge or receive a refund for cancellation, where applicable.
❖ For bookings made through travel agents or online travel agents, please contact your booking provider for assistance.

❖ Training on hygiene and sanitation protocols will be conducted quarterly
❖ Workstations will be disinfected after every shift
❖ Employees’ daily itinerary outside the workplace will be submitted for contact monitoring
❖Use of the gym is only by reservation, limiting the number of guests allowed in one time
❖ Physical distancing will be observed
❖ Sanitizers are readily available
❖ Use of UV-C light technology for sterilization and disinfection in all guest rooms
❖ Use of UVC light in disinfecting key cards and cash
❖ 24/7 On-Call Nurse
❖ Heightened cleaning and sanitation procedures, using hospital grade disinfectant, especially in high touchpoints
❖ Signage of wearing mask and social distance in public areas
❖Hotel is a non-smoking facility
❖ Complimentary Avior Clean Kits will be available in every guest room
❖ Hand sanitizing and shoes disinfecting must be done before entering the shuttle
❖ Strict implementation of wearing facemask while inside the shuttle
❖ Social Distancing and Passenger Limit Guidelines set by the Department of Transportation is strictly followed
❖ A waterproof transparent barrier between the driver and the passengers is installed for additional protection
❖ Hotel transport services are sanitized and disinfected after every use
❖ Installation of powerful and advanced air purifiers with “High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filtration technology, which traps 99.9% of particles, and a built-in UV-C lamp that kills bacteria”
❖ All public washroom facilities are equipped with anti-bacterial soap and hand sanitizers.
